[Purpose] The aim of this study was to verify impact of movement of head, X-factor and X-factor stretch during driver golf swing of male professional golfers on driving distance and direction. [Method] Twenty male professional golfers underwent a motion analysis. Position change of gead, X-facor and angle of X-factor strech were collected. Collected data was analyzed correlation with level of significance(p=.05). [Result] Derived conclutions were as follows. There was not correlation between movement of head during driver swing and driving distance and direction; not correlation between movement of head during drier swing and X-factor and X-factor stretch; not correaltaion between X-factor as well as X-factor stretch and driving distance and direction. [Conclusion] The result of this study verified that movement of head of male professional golfers did not have influence on driving distance and direction, movement of head did not have influence on rotation of torso, and X-factor and X-factor stretch angle did not have influence on driving distance and direction.

[목적] 본 연구는 남자프로골프 선수의 드라이버 골프 스윙 시 머리의 움직임과 X-factor, X-factor stretch가 비 거리와 방향에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 남자 프로 골프 선수 20명을 대상으로 동작 분석을 실시하여 머리의 위치 변화와 X-factor, X-factor stretch 각도를 산출하였고, 트랙맨(Trackman)을 사용하여 볼의 비거리와 방향을 측정 하였다. 수집된 데이터는 상관분석을 하였고 유의수준은 (p=.05)로 설정하였다. [결과] 도출 된 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 드라이버 스윙 시 머리의 움직임과 비거리, 방향성과의 상관관계는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 드라이버 스윙 시 머리의 움직임과 X-factor, X-factor stretch와의 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 드라 이버 스윙 시 X-factor, X-factor stretch와 비거리, 방향성과의 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. [결론] 남자프로골프 선수에 머리의 움직임이 비거리와 방향성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 머리의 움직임이 몸통의 회전 에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 X-factor, X-factor stretch 각도의 크기가 비거리와 방향성에 영향 을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
