The purpose of the present study is to draw out the relative importance and priorities of selection factors in relation to consumer selection factor analysis for vitalizing therapeutic riding for disabled students. First, the AHP analysis results of the higher layer show that relative importance and priorities were in the order of curriculum factors, human resource factors, educational environment factors, support system factors, and institute environment factors. Second, the AHP analysis results of the lower layer show that the most important factors were equipment safety within the facility for the institute environment factor, the quality of therapeutic riding teaching material for the educational environment factor, the adequacy of the educational content and method for the curriculum factor, understanding the disabled student for the human resource factor, and the provision of various information for the support system factor. Third, analysis of the core factor priorities of consumer selection for a plan vitalizing the therapeutic riding of disabled students found that, out of a total of 24 factors, the five factors of adequacy of the educational content and method, individualized education, quality of therapeutic riding teaching material, adequacy of the curriculum, and understanding toward disabled students.

본 연구는 장애학생의 재활승마 활성화를 위한 수요자 선택요인 분석에 대한 선택요인의 상대적 중요도 및 우선 순위를 도출하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 첫째. 상위 계층에서는 기관 환경요인, 교육환경요인, 교육과정요인, 인적자원 요인, 지원체계요인으로 AHP 분석결과 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위는 교육과정요인, 인적자원요인, 교육환경요인, 지 원체계요인, 기관의 환경요인의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째. 하위계층에서의 AHP 분석결과 기관 환경요인에서는 시설 내 장비안전이 교육환경요인에서는 재활승마 교재 교수의 질, 교육과정요인에서는 교육내용 및 방법의 적절성, 인적자원 요인에서는 장애학생이해, 지원체계요인에서는 다양한 정보제공이 가장 중요한 요인으로 선택되었다. 셋째 장애학생 의 재활승마 활성화 방안을 위한 수요자 선택의 핵심요인의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 전체 24개 중 교육내용 및 방법의 적절성, 개별화교육, 재활승마 교재 교구의 질, 교육 과정의 적절성, 장애학생 이해의 순으로 5개 요인들이 상위 요인으 로 형성되어진 것으로 나타났다.
