- This paper is to study of the sharing economy that is based on Collaborative Consumption by trying to rent or borrow the tangible and intangible asset, which promotes the spirit of intercommunity. It has appeared as the new concept of economy which is compared with the capitalistic economy originated from mass production and consumption based on the materialism. Preventing the potential crimes and the disaster which may be caused from the frigidity of safety and the lack of communication among the neighbors, and it’s management with the unit of apartment cluster has emerged. This study suggested monitoring system of sharing economic apartment online platform called " ACMP(Apartment Continuity Management Planning) " as a key idea of the sharing economy. This study also proposes a new model of the innovative ubiquitous based monitoring system for the smart apartments adopting sharing economy system.
