- The purpose of this study is to derive priorities of alternatives for activation of prefabricated wooden building manufacturing through development of products and improvement of product environment. To perform the analysis depending on the views of experts, we employed analytic network process(ANP) that is a wellknown tool for multiple criteria decision making. As a result, it was found that product standardization is the most pressing alternative for activation of the prefabrication. The results indicate that the standardization should be realized in the form of mass customization to improve the diversity and productivity of products under national support for market activation and technical development. Based on the results, we suggest that there is a need to explore the development direction of long-term perspective to enhance workability and sustainability of environment-friendly wooden building through the industrialization. We expect that the alternatives obtained from this study will be used as strategies for activation of prefabricated wooden building manufacturing to promote the popularization of green buildings and building renovations.

- 이 연구의 목적은 제품 개발과 제작 환경 개선을 통해 목조 프리패브 건축의 활성화를 위한 대안들의 우선순위들을 도출하는 것이다. 전문가들의 견해에 따라 분석을 수행하기 위해 다기준 의사결정을 위해 잘알려진 도구인 분석 네트워크 프로세스가 차용되었다. 결과적으로 제품 표준화가 목조 프리패브 건축 활성화를 위해 가장 시급한 대안으로 밝혀졌다. 결과들은 이러한 표준화가 시장 활성화가 제품 개발을 위한 국가적 지원하에서 제품의 다양성과 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 대량맞춤 방식으로 실현되어야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 공업화에 따라 친환경 목조 건축의 시공성과 지속가능성을 증진시키기 위해 장기적인 관점에서 개발 방향이 모색될 필요가 있다고 제안한다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 대안들이 녹색건축과 건물 리노베이션의 대중화를 촉진하기 위한 목조 건축의 활성화 대안으로 이용되길 기대한다.
