In this paper, we look at the actual situation of the domestic drug crime, and research actual situation and the analysis, was trying to become the basic research for the future of the policy recommendations. Prosecution Service, the National Police Agency, was conducted a survey and analysis on the basis of empirical previous studies and fundamental data of the relevant agencies such as the Korean Association Against Drug Abuse. Actual situation has examined the development of drug offenses through a drug-star crackdown current state. And we discussed the arrest and seizure status of drugs such as heroin, cocaine, psychotropic drugs, cannabis. It was carried out case analysis through this by a secondary crime case with smuggling cases and drug. To summarize the research results, and the lack of personal awareness of drugs and drug abuse, are displayed in punishment weak on psychotropic drugs of narcotics, society due to the increase of secondary crime after dosing and the smuggling of drugs such It showed the problems.

본 논문은 국내 마약류별 범죄 및 실태를 살펴보고, 실태와 분석 연구를 하여 향후 정책적 제언을 위해 기초적인 연구가 되고자 하였다. 대검찰청, 경찰청, 한국마약퇴치 운동본부 등 관련기관의 기초적 자료와 실증적인 선행연구를 기반으로 하여 실태조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 실태는 마약류별 단속현황을 통해 마약류 사범의 추이를 살펴보았으며, 헤로인·코카 인·향정신성의약품·대마 등 마약류 별 검거 및 압수 현황을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해, 마약류 밀수입 사례와 마약을 사용한 2차적 범죄 사례를 통해 사례 분석을 실시하였 다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 마약류 및 약물남용에 대한 개인적 인식이 결여되어 있었으 며, 마약류 중 향정신성의약품 관련 처벌 미약으로 나타나고, 마약류 밀수입 및 투약 후 2차 범죄의 증가에 따른 사회적 문제를 나타냈다.
