This study conducted a study on eradication measures of adolescents cyber pornography addiction, one of the side effects coming from use increase of SNS (Social Network Service). For this purpose, we examined the actual situation of cyber pornography adolescents might encounter, and examined the relevant laws and penalties for illegal activities. As the results of finding and confirming the route that adolescents are to access cyber pornography easily, there are many insufficient points in adolescents protection measures, and so urgent situation required institutional supplement. Thus, under this poor situation of adolescents protection system, for adolescents in order not to addict to cyber pornography, this study presented eradication measures as follows; First, make legislation to specify adolescents cyber pornography. Second, strengthen the legal regulatory measures related to adolescents cyber pornography. Third, develop addiction treatment program of adolescents cyber pornography. As described above, through efficient treatment measures for the future adolescents cyber pornography addicts, based on adolescents cyber pornography eradication measures, we hope that young people will contribute to creating sound and proper sex culture.

본 연구는 SNS(소셜네트워크)의 사용증가에서 오는 부작용 중의 하나인 청소년 사 이버 음란물 중독 근절 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 청소년들이 사이버 상에서 접할 수 있는 음란물 실태를 조사하였으며, 불 법적인 행위에 대한 처벌과 관련된 법률을 살펴보았다. 사이버 상에서 청소년들이 쉽 게 음란물을 접할게 되는 경로를 찾아 확인한 결과 청소년들의 보호대책에 있어 미비 한점이 많아 제도적으로 보완이 시급한 실정이다. 이와 같이 청소년 보호제도의 열악 한 실정아래 본 연구에서는 청소년들이 사이버 상에서 음란물에 중독되지 않도록 다 음과 같은 근절방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 청소년 사이버 음란물을 지정하여 법제화 한다. 둘째, 청소년 사이버 음란물과 관련된 법적 규제방안을 강화한다. 셋째, 청소년 사이버 음란물 중독자 치료프로그램을 개발한다. 이상과 같은 청소년 사이버음란물 근절 방안을 바탕으로 향후 청소년 사이버 음란물 중독자에 대한 효율적인 치료방안을 통해 청소년들에게 건전하고 올바른 성문화 조성 에 기여하길 바란다.
