The purpose of this study is to understand a difference and influential factors of complaining behavior in screen golf users according to a cluster and examine the effects of influential factors of complaining behavior on an image and switching intention. Using a convenience sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted with screen golf users by visiting eight screen golf cafes in G and J areas for one month from February 10 to March 10, 2016. 276 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. used to analyze results. Finally, the following results were drawn. First, the causal relationship between influential factors of complaining behavior and an image according to a cluster was that environment had an effect on an image in the high-level group but a high price had a negative effect on an image in the low-level group. Second, the causal relationship between influential factors of complaining behavior and switching intention according to a cluster was that accessibility, environment, and program had an effect on switching intention in the high-level group but environment and program had an effect on an switching intention in the low-level group. Third, the causal relationship between an image and switching intention according to a cluster was that an image had an effect on switching intention both in the high-level and low-level groups.

본 연구는 군집별 특성에 따라 스크린골프장 이용객의 불평행동 영향요인이 이미지, 전환의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 1월 10일~2016년 2월 10일(1개월)까지 G지역과 J지역의 스크린 골프장 8곳을 직접 방문하여 스크린골프장을 이용하고 있는 이용객을 대상으로 편의추출법(convenience sampling method)을 사용하여 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종분석에는 276부를 사용 하였다. 결과분석을 위해 사용된 통계분석방법은 군집분석(cluster analysis)와 교차분석(Chi-square analysis), 다중 회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 사용하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 군집별 특 성에 따른 불평행동 영향요인과 이미지의 인과관계 결과 고수준 집단에서는 환경이 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요 인이었으며, 저수준 집단에서는 가격이 높을수록 이미지에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 군집 별 특성에 따른 불평행동 영향요인과 전환의도의 인과관계 결과 고수준 집단에서는 접근성과 환경, 프로그램이 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 저수준 집단에서는 환경과 프로그램이 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군집별 특성에 따른 이미지와 전환의도의 인과관계는 고수준 집단과 저수준 집단 모두 이미지가 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
