The purposes of this study are to deduct appropriate elderly-friendly community facilities in traditional market. For these purposes, I reviewed on the policies of elderly-friendly in traditional market in Korea and Japan, and made questionare on the introducing priority of elderly-friendly community facilities in traditional market. The results are as follows. : First, the making of safe and convenient elderly-friendly traditional market needs to the aged for an their society. Second, the concept and types of elderly-friendly community facility are deducted for making the elderly-friendly traditional market and 32 elderly-friendly community facilities are extracted. Third, the health-welfare facilities, public administration, culture-welfare, education and transportation facilities are recommended as high priority elderly-friendly community facilities in traditional market.

본 연구는 전통시장 내 도입가능한 고령친화형 커뮤니티시설을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적 하에서, 한국과 일본의 고령친화형 전통시장 정책을 검토하였고, 전통시장 내 고령친화형 커뮤니티시설의 도입 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 고령화시대를 맞이하여 안전하고 편리한 고령친화형 전통시장 조성이 필요하다. 둘째, 고령친화형 커뮤니티시설은 고령친화형 전통시장을 조성하기 위한 것으로 분석결과 32개 시설이 도출되었다. 셋째, 건강․복지 시설, 공공행정시설, 문화․복지시설, 교육시설, 교통시설 등이 고령친화형 전통시장 커뮤니티시설로 도입 우선순위가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.
