People are making efforts multilaterally to create agricultural landscape beautifully. Still in farming villages, however, large-scale facilities or houses are disharmonized with natural environment because of their outer colors, mostly primary colors, not considering natural environment. Also, along with dramatic development in farming area, new renewable energy projects are being carried out, and agricultural color landscape is being changed with solar panels installed in roofs and rooftops. Thoughtless color use and similar forms of facilities distributed not considering regional characteristics, however, make every farming village equipped with similar color landscape. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of colors used in farming villages and figure out ways to improve them. First of all, this author divided farming villages by their location and analyzed 30 studies on farming villages and landscape colors regarding the factors of color management to draw natural environment factors (12) and artificial environment factors (20). As regions for research, total six places, villages where new renewable energy projects were carried out and those not, were selected to examine the status of colors. They were photographed through visual colorimetry and photo colorimetry by their close, medium, and distant-range views. With the photos analyzed, this author prepares color distribution graphs based on KCSA and suggests color plans to make villages harmonized with the factors of natural environment by their types. This can be used as foundational data applicable to village color plans for those carrying out new renewable energy projects and those not by their location, not the agricultural landscape color plans broadly applied before.

농촌경관을 아름답게 가꾸기 위한 다양한 시도를 하고 있지만 여전히 농촌마을에는 자연환경을 고려하지 않은 대규모 시설, 주택 등의 원색계열 외장색채로 인해 자연환경과의 부조화현상이 나타나고 있는 실정이다. 또한 농촌의 급진적인 발전에 의하여 신재생에너지사업이 실시되며 지붕과 옥상에 설치된 태양광판으로 인해 농촌의 색채경관이 변화되어 점점 정체성이 상실되고 있는 상황이다. 무분별한 색채 사용과 시설들은 지역의 특성을 전혀 고려하지 않은 천편일률적인 형태로 분포하여 모든 농촌마을의 색채경관이 비슷하게 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 농촌마을의 색채를 유형별로 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하기 위함이다. 먼저 농촌마을을 입지유형에 따라 구분하고 색채관리대상요소를 농촌마을 및 경관색채 관련연구 30건을 분석하여 자연환경요소(12)와 인공환경요소(20)를 도출하였다. 조사지역은 신재생에너지사업이 실시된 마을과 실시되지 않은 일반마을로 선정하여 총 6곳의 색채현황을 시감측색·사진측색법으로 근경·중경·원경에 따라 촬영하였다. 조사된 사진을 한국표준색 색채분석프로그램(KCSA)을 사용하여 색채 분포 그래프를 작성하고, 마을 유형별로 자연환경요소와 조화될 수 있는 색채계획 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이는 기존의 광범위한 농촌경관 색채계획이 아닌 마을의 입지유형별로 신재생에너지사업이 실시된 마을과 실시되지 않은 일반마을 색채계획에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있다는 점에 의미가 있다.
