With the development of information technology, electronic commerce is closely related to People's Daily lives. To improve the efficiency of electric information management has become the key to the development of electronic commerce. Ecological theory and information science as new areas of cross, based on the basic theory of information ecology to build e-commerce system, formulate the related policy, by analyzing the feasibility of the system has better.
