As the development of internet and widening of informatization service occurs, the company's collecting and using personal information has increased and thus, incidents of personal information extrusion has grown rapidly. Therefore, the government has established a legal and managerial·technical system for the safe usage of personal information, and also continuing on managing and regulating personal information handler. However, the personal information extrusion is increasing despite those kind of strengthened regulation and protection measures and the most critical reason is known to be the abuse cases of improper management of the firm's personal information handler. Thus, enterprises are making an effort to identify the personal information handler and its usage status. This study is to analyze relationship of personal information usage status by social network analyzing method of the person in charge of handling those information, and visualize to provide new interpretation. Performed correlation analysis of indices derived from social network analysis and practical personal information managed status of the company to verify the significance, Further on, the study will discuss solution to analyze and select major personal information handling department to protect personal information for those enterprises that has difficulty of having trained personnel and investment in analyzing personal information managed status of the personal information handler by making use of the relation analysis and network indices of the study.

인터넷의 발달과 정보화 서비스 확대에 따라 기업의 개인정보 수집·활용이 증가하게 되었고, 이로 인한 개인정보 유출 사례가 급증하고 있다. 이에 정부는 개인정보의 안전한 활용을 위해 법률 및 관리 적·기술적 측면의 제도를 마련하고 개인정보처리자에 대한 관리와 규제를 지속해 나가고 있다. 하지만 이러한 규제 강화와 보호대책에도 개인정보 유출 사건이 꾸준히 증가 하고 있으며, 그 원인으로 개인 정보취급자의 관리 소홀에 따른 오·남용 사례가 중요 문제로 대두 되고 있어, 기업에서는 개인정보취 급자 관리 및 이용 현황 파악을 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기업의 개인정보취급자의 개인정보 이용 현황을 사회연결망 분석기법을 통해 관계를 분석하고 시각화 하여 새로운 해석을 제공 하고, 사회연결망 분석기법을 통해 도출된 지표를 실제 기업의 개인정보관리 실태현황과의 상관분석을 통해 유의성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 개인정보취급자의 개인정보 실태 현황을 분석할 전문인력 및 투 자가 어려운 기업에서 본 연구에서 제시한 관계성 분석과 연결망 지표를 활용하여 개인정보보호를 위 해 관리되어야 할 중요 개인정보취급자를 분석하고 선별할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
