- New standard CIE S 011/E:2003 “CIE standard general sky” was accepted in Ukraine in 2010. With its adoption the question of its appropriate usage with national documents became an important event. Feasible way of standard’s utilization with Ukrainian daylighting standards and effects of its implementation are given in the paper.
