With the development of the information technology, the internet has become an indispensable part of most people's daily life. In this paper, we test the development status of new rural sports culture in China by using online survey. Factor analysis results show that, KMO = 0.883, Bach Wright test value X2=116.128, P=0.000<0.01, there are 4 common factors, including "material sports culture factor", "spirit sports culture factor", " system style education factor" and "behavior sports culture factor". Contribution rate as 35.272%, 19.376%, 10.495%, 9.809%, the cumulative contribution rate is 74.952%, and there is a high degree of correlation between them.
