The purpose of this study was Improvement of the Video interpretation in Taekwondo Competition(Gyeorugi). The topics of study selected for this purpose of study were the positive view of video interpretation system, negative view, and how to improve it. The subjects of this study were 16 players, judges, coaches, and spectators, and the date were gathered from written resources and in-depth interviews for the analysis. The authenticity and ethics of the study were constantly reviewed by an expert throughout the process of gathering and analyzing the data. The following shows the findings of analysis: First, the positive aspects of video interpretation system were that it improves the fairness of judgment, resolves the controversies, and reduces conflicts with the judge, Second, the negative aspects of video interpretation system were that the interpretation officers lack expertise, it has been abused by the instructors for adverse effects, and it interferes with the matches. Third, in order to improve the video interpretation system, it is necessary to adjust the position of camera to shoot from the up, add more cameras from various angles, secure the budget to improve the decipher system, and nurture and train the interpretation officers for expertise.
