There have been many advances in China's logistics industry after WTO accession, the situation is still compared to other countries the proportion of GDP, logistics cost increases, which acts as a burden on the Chinese economy. Fourth party logistics company limited financial resources were to be put on their core competencies and non-core activities of logistics activities were out sourced to specialized logistics companies to outsource logistics as the importance of expanding logistics needs of logistics also make soy increase accordingly It was. The purpose of this paper is to study the development of fourth party logistics in China by providing a solution for companies and governments for China to present the fourth party logistics problems of government and logistics industries, and introducing a fourth party logistics in China. China will contribute to and promote the advancement of Korea the fourth-party logistics companies. In addition, as a fourth-party logistics companies and identify the relationship between the success factors and performance measurement and logistics companies significant differences verified whether the company's growth strategy by size.

중국은 WTO 가입 후 물류산업분야에도 많은 발전이 있었지만, 아직도 다른 나라에 비해 GDP 대비 물류비의 비중이 높아 중국 경제에 부담으로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 중국의 제4자 물류기업은 한정된 경영자원을 핵심역량에 투입하고 비 핵심활동인 물류활동은 전문물류업체에 아웃소싱을하게 되었으며 물류 아웃소싱이 확대되면서 물류의 중요성이 대두되게 되었고 그에 따라 물류의수요 또한 증대되게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문의 연구 목적은 중국 제4자 물류에 대해 정부와 물류산업의 문제점을 제시하고 중국에서 제4자 물류를 도입하기 위한 화주기업 및 정부 차원의 해결방안을제시함으로써 중국에서 제4자 물류의 발전에 기여하고 한국 제4자 물류기업의 중국진출을 촉진시키는 것이다. 또한 제4자 물류기업의 파트너쉽 형성요인과 성과측정과의 상관관계를 파악하여 물류기업 규모별로 기업의 성장전략에 대해 유의한 차이점이 있는가를 검증함에 있다.
