Transit Oriented Development is important part of Real Estate development. So Transit Oriented Development for studies are needed in Real Estate development. In this study, how to Transit Oriented Development find out what to do development. The research methods through case studies chose an analysis. So, In this study, was used for the case studies, direction of Transit Oriented Development research ascertain the cause of failure through Yongsan Transit Oriented Development. and Transit Oriented Development through the overseas success stories analyzed its success. As a result, activate the functions of the city, carry out systematic improvement of the environment of the railway station, raising land use, urban image was established through Transit Oriented Development. Also Station in a mainly residential, commercial, business and entertainment facilities and other addition is linkage should be and Should come up with measures that may increase the competitiveness of the city.
