- The country has been to industrialization, urbanization, centralization due to rapid economic growth and industrial facilities are aging by focusing on economic growth. These industrial facilities are often due to an unexpected accident occurred. This study was performed for suggesting the plan to promote the function of safety management for national infrastructures. In order to achieve the goal of study, safety association laws were analyzed, and safety-related organizations were investigated by business fields.
