This paper examined the effects of self efficacy on the cultural acceptability in North Korean defectors as the mediation effects of risk intervention procedure. Physical efficacy, mental efficacy, and social efficacy were used as proxy for the self efficacy. Assimilation, integration, separation, and marginalization were used as proxy for the cultural acceptability. And also risk intervention process, risk intervention procedure and factor, and risk intervention behavior strategy were used as proxy for the risk intervention technique. Based on the analysis of three hundred North Korean Defenders cases using the Structured Equation Modeling (SEM), the following results were found. First, it was found that the self efficacy have not a influence on the cultural acceptability. Second, the self efficacy have a positive influence on the risk intervention technique. Third, risk intervention technique have a positive influence on the cultural acceptability. Forth, the self efficacy have a influence on the cultural acceptability through the mediation effects of risk intervention technique.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 위기개입기술의 매개효과에 따른 자기효능감이 문화적응성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 자기효능감은 신체적 효능감, 정신적 효능감, 사회적 효능감으로 측정되었고, 문화적응 성은 동화, 통합, 분리, 주변화 등으로 측정되었다. 또한 위기개입기술은 위기개입 사정, 위기개입 절차 및 요소, 위기개입 행동전략 등으로 측정되었다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민 300명을 대상으로 구조방정식방법을 사용하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 문화수용성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했 다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 위기개입기술에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 위기개입기술은 문화수용성에 직접적 인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 북한이탈주민의 위기개입기술의 매개효과에 따른 자기효능감이 문화적응성에 긍 정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.
