This study aims to verify whether emotional intelligence and post-traumatic stress mediate influence of social worker's happiness on customer orientation. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 541 social workers who engaged in nationwide social welfare institutions, and analysis was done through path analysis and Sobel test. According to research result, first, it was shown that their emotional intelligence was higher as their degree of happiness was high and that it subsequently exercised positive influence on customer orientation. Second, it was shown that degree of their post-traumatic stress became lower as their degree of happiness was higher. Third, it was shown that post-traumatic stress and emotional intelligence mediated influence of social worker's happiness on customer orientation. Based on such research result, discussions were made to seek practical implications in order to improve customer orientation of social workers.

본 연구는 사회복지사의 행복이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 감성지능과 외상후스트레스가 매개하는지 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 전국 사회복지기관에 종사하는 사회복지사 541명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 경로분석과 Sobel test를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 사회복지사 행복 수준이 높을수록 감성지능 수준이 높으며, 이것은 다시 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사 행복 수준이 높을수록 외상후스트레스 수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지사 행복이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 외상후스트레스와 감성지능이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 고객지향성 증진을 위한 실천적 함의를 모색하면서 논의하였다.
