In this paper, 310 patients were analyzed based on the survey data being used against elderly welfare of Jecheon to discuss the improvement of the municipal administration due to impact on successful aging leisure satisfaction of the elderly. The results are as follows. First, leisure satisfaction as a result of analyzing the impact on successful aging of the sub-factors, sub-factors of psychological satisfaction of leisure satisfaction, education, satisfaction, social satisfaction, physiological satisfaction, environment, the higher the satisfaction of self-efficacy of successful aging in the elderly to feel that life was high. In addition, psychological satisfaction of leisure satisfaction, social satisfaction, physiological satisfaction, higher environmental satisfaction were analyzed by high degree of marital life partnership. And psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction of leisure satisfaction, physiological satisfaction, the higher the environmental life satisfaction showed that satisfaction increased over the child's success. The psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction of leisure satisfaction, the higher the physiological increase in life satisfaction showed good self-control of the Successful Aging. Psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction out of that leisure satisfaction, the higher the physiological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction could also be interpreted as increasing successful aging. Second, it analyzes by sex for men aged leisure satisfaction of psychological satisfaction, the higher the physiological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction could also be interpreted as increasing successful aging. For older women, while the psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction of leisure satisfaction, physiological satisfaction, the higher the environmental Successful Aging showed a higher satisfaction. Third, if you are in the age group of 60 seniors for this analysis leisure satisfaction of psychological satisfaction, the higher the satisfaction showed that successful aging society is increasing. Therefore, the development direction of the municipal administration for the elderly in the aging society may consider the various sub-factors of the activities of the elderly, and know that it is required to present a plan to support the successful aging of the elderly, taking into account gender and age. 본 논문은 노인의 여가만족이 성공적 노후에 미치는 영향에 따른 지방자치행정의 개선방안을 논의하기 위하여 제천시의 노인복지관을 이용 중인 노인에 대하여 310명의 설문조사자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가만족이 성공적 노후의 하위요인에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 여가만족의 하위요인인 심리만족, 교육만족, 사회만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 노인의 성공적 노화의 자기효능감을 느끼는 삶이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 부부간의 동반자적 삶이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 자녀성공을 통해 만족하는 삶이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족, 생리만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후의 자기통제를 잘하는 삶이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이를 성별로 분석하면 남성 노인의 경우 여가만족인 심리만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후가 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 여성 노인 경우는 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이에 대한 연령별 분석으로는 60대 노인의 경우 여가만족의 심리만족, 사회만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 70대 노인의 경우 여가만족의 심리만족, 생리만족, 환경만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후가 높아지며 80대 노인은 여가만족의 심리만족이 높을수록 성공적 노후가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고령화시대에 노인에 대한 지방자치행정의 발전방향은 노인의 여가활동의 다양한 하위요인을 고려하고 성별 및 연령을 고려하여 노인의 성공적 노화를 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 즉, 노인의 여가활동이 비단 심리, 휴식, 생리적 만족에 국한하지 않고 교육, 사회, 환경을 고려하는 측면의 활동이 될 수 있도록 정책적 입안이나 행정적 지원을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있었다.
