This study was whether activity leaders and also leaders living in any philosophy that any intention to stop his career as a golf player in the past, while the leaders structural life and psychological difficulties Golf Map leaders in the field through an in-depth understanding of the when we have that aims to present the basic data of the teaching methods that can be utilized. Data were collected through in-depth interviews data analysis methods, to conduct triangulation method to validate the reliability and validity were ensured the veracity of the research. Analyze and interpret the collected data, the result is derived the following conclusion. First, the golf courses of study participants were leaders ready to begin gauge map, Teaching Learning courses to become a leader to become a leader. Second, the map was a trial and error process execution and know-how, guidance philosophy of the map execution. Finally, the worries and problems of practical application of the various maps Teaching, Teaching exchanges between colleagues, the theoretical lack of knowledge and lack of objective consciousness of the leaders, members and leadership training programs were classified as leaders.

본 연구는 과거 엘리트 골프 선수로 활동하던 지도자들이 어떤 의도로 선수생활을 중단하게 되었는지 또한 어떤 철학으로 지도자 생활을 하고 있는지, 지도자 생활을 하면서 구조적, 심리적 어려움 등에 대한 심층적 이해를 통 해 골프지도자들이 현장에서 지도할 때 활용될 수 있는 지도방법 형성에 대한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 그 목적 이 있다. 자료 분석 방법으로 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 신뢰도 및 타당도를 위해 삼각 검증 법을 실시하여 연구의 진실성을 확보하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석 및 해석한 결과는 다음과 같다 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들의 골프지도자 준비 과정에서는 지도자가 되기 위한 지도 시작 계기, 지도자가 되기 위한 지 도법 습득 과정으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도 실행과정에서는 지도실행과정 중 시행착오와 노하우, 지도 철학으로 나 타났다. 마지막으로, 지도 실천의 고민과 문제점에는 다양한 지도법의 적용, 동료 간에 지도법 교류, 지도자들의 이론적 지식 부족과 목표의식 부족, 지도자 양성 프로그램 부재와 지도자 분류로 나타났다.
