Special relativity says that energy is vector quantity, which introduces rotational electro- magnetic waves and also determines rotational electro-magnetic waves in magnet. Storms are kinds of rotational mass flows, which generate rotational electro-magnetic waves and then have resonance with earth’s magnetic field flow. Effects of the Coriolis force in the northern and southern hemisphere determine the directions of the storms.
