Under the background that China and the DPRK to implement the new development strategy, economic and trade relations between the two countries begin a new development stage with the part of the cooperation project starting in economic zone in June 2011. And industrial cooperation is expected to gradually become the main development direction in the fields of bilateral economic and trade relations, and logistics, infrastructure, resources, energy, manufacturing, technology, tourism, agriculture and fisheries industry cooperation is expected to be the main content. At the same time, What the trade and economic cooperation status and the basic conditions between China and DPRK make such cooperation to be more conducive starting in the border areas, and carry forward the cooperation gradually, logistics field is to be expected to play a breakthrough role. According to the current situation and development, development together and management together is expected to become the important features of new model of trade and economic cooperation between China and DPRK. And the Tumen River regional cooperation development strategy and mode will be expected to reach a new development stage, and it will be expected to promote setting up the economic cooperation mechanism in NortheastAsia.
