Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of occupational therapy service for parents of children with disabilities using specialized child-care centers for disabled in Gyeongbuk.
Methods : The subjects of this study were 104 parents who have experience in occupational therapy at 14 specialized child-care centers for disabled in Gyeongbuk. A questionnaire was conducted from July, 2014 to March, 2015. Descriptive statistics of frequency, mean, standard deviation, and One-Way ANOVA study were used to analyze data.
Results : Disabled children got occupational therapy at first when they were 3.25 years, on average. Duration of occupational therapy use were 31.84 month, on average. The subjects determined to got occupational therapy mostly through consultation nurseries(40.4%). Most of them got speech therapy(78.0%) other than receiving occupational therapy service, responded very necessary to occupational therapy(69.3%). Satisfaction of occupational therapy service were 4.49 point at attitude of occupational therapists, 4.36 point at occupational therapy program, and 4.26 point at environment of occupational therapy room. Attitude of occupational therapists were the highest satisfied.
Conclusion : This study would contribute to effective and meaningful occupational therapy through objective view.

목적 : 경북지역의 장애아전문어린이집을 이용하는 아동의 부모를 대상으로 작업치료서비스에 대한 만족도 를 알아보고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 경북지역의 14개 장애아전문어린이집에서 작업치료를 받고 있는 아동의 부모 104명을 대상으로 2014년 7월부터 2015년 3월까지 설문조사를 실시하여 빈도분석과 평균 및 표준편차, 일원배치분산분석을 하였다.
결과 : 아동이 작업치료를 처음 받은 시기는 평균 3.25세, 작업치료서비스를 받아 온 기간은 평균 31.84개월 이었고, 작업치료를 이용한 주된 동기는 어린이집 상담을 통한 것이 40.4%로 가장 많았다. 작업치료 이 외 받는 서비스는 언어치료가 78.0%로 가장 많았고, 작업치료의 필요성에 대해 매우 필요가 69.3%로 가 장 많았다. 작업치료서비스에 대한 만족도는 작업치료사의 태도가 평균 4.49점이었고, 작업치료 프로그램 에 대한 만족도가 평균 4.36점이었으며, 작업치료실의 환경이 평균 4.26점으로 작업치료사의 태도에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다.
결론 : 작업치료서비스의 만족도를 바탕으로 객관적인 시각으로 작업치료를 볼 수 있었고, 보다 효과적이며 의미 있는 작업치료가 되는데 도움을 줄 수 있었다.
