A Study on Methods for the Management and Operation of The World Ethnic Food Theme Pavilion - Focused on Cheonan City
In regard to the comprehensive and efficient management and operation of the World Ethnic Food Theme Pavilion, this paper intends to propose methods for management and operation that ensure the efficient management of profit facilities, while maintaining the professionalism and minimization of management functions, the improved efficiency of facility management, and the public nature of the facilities. Further, this task aims to grope for methods for pursuing maximum effectiveness and efficiency with minimum manpower, while working out detailed management and operation plans in consideration of the economic feasibility, stability, continuity, efficiency, technical performance, and expertise of the World Ethnic Food Theme Pavilion, and maintaining the core functions of the World Ethnic Food Theme Pavilion.
