This article examines the relationship between supply chain integration and the factors of that, and its impacts on performance. A literature review is undertaken to drive the model and hypotheses, and operationalize the included constructs from supply chain articles related. Structural equation modeling is used to analysis the relationship between independent factor and dependent factor on survey data. Results of this study indicate that independent factors such as trust, information, dependence, engagement each positively influence supply chain integration at the significant level. And supply chain integration also positively influences supply chain performance. The results of this empirical study provide the based perceptions for third party logistics of supply chain manager. Limitations of this study only use perception data received from machine tool industry.
