생활체육 축구동호회 참가자의 운동열정과 신체적 자기효능감이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향
A Study on the Effects of Exercise Passion and Physical Self-Efficacy on Psychological Happiness among the Participants of Sports-For-All Soccer Clubs
This study set out to analyze the effects of exercise passion and physical self-efficacy on psychological happiness among the members of sports-for-all soccer clubs, thus providing basic data to establish a sound sports culture of sports-for-all soccer club members and expand and vitalize the base of soccer club members. The subjects include 22 soccer alliance teams of Gwangju Metropolitan City(five from the Seogu Soccer Alliance, five from the Donggu Soccer Alliance, three from the Namgu Soccer Alliance, four from the Bukgu Soccer Alliance, and five from the Gwangjingu Soccer Alliance) that were located in Gwangju Metropolitan City in 2014~15 and active members of the Korean Soccer Association of Sports for All, as well as six college soccer club teams. Total 500 questionnaires were distributed to participants in sports-for-all soccer clubs through the convenience sampling method. After excluding 15 whose answers were deemed to be insincere or dual, total 485 were used in the survey analysis. Specific data analysis methods employed in the study were frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings led to the following conclusions: first, harmonious passion, one of the subfactors of exercise passion of sports-for-all soccer club members, had effects on perceived physical abilities, and obsessive and harmonious passion had effects on confidence in physical self-expression. Secondly, harmonious and obsessive passion, two of the subfactors of exercise passion of sports-for-all soccer club members, had influences on hedonic enjoyment, self-realization, immersion, and competence. Finally, perceived physical abilities and confidence in physical self-expression, two of the subfactors of physical self-efficacy of sports-for-all soccer club members, had impacts on hedonic enjoyment and self-realization, and confidence in physical self-expression, one of subfactors of physical self-efficacy, had impacts on immersion and competence.

현대사회에 있어서 신체활동 연구의 주요 탐구과제는 ‘신체활동을 통한 교육’으로부터 ‘인간의 기본적인 움직임’을 목표로 하는 스포츠적인 움직임을 중심으로 한 생명 활동의 개념으로 급속히 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 본학회는 ‘체육’적인 요소에서 ‘스포츠’적인 요소를 중심으로 한 학문적 정체성을 견고히 하고, 정기적인 학술지 발간과 학술활동을 통해 한국스포츠츠 문화의 발전과 학문적인 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
