This research study aims to analyze the process, you may encounter in the process of re-socialization through desocialization cause and the preparation of a study on private security agents desocialization and re-socialization of private security guards. In order to achieve the objectives of this study served as a private security agents who ride a moderator after desocialization to conduct in-depth interviews aimed at seven subjects experienced a re-evaluation of the socialization another chapter of the study, data analysis and content analysis coming from d derived through the following results: First, private security agents became the de-socialization due to various factors, different for each individual. In other words, the vision for the low-paid and insecure jobs, and excessive work environment and poor welfare was the main cause. Second, the preparation period of private security agents were called desocialization appropriate time before and after 40 business nature. 본 연구는 민간경비원의 탈사회화와 재사회화에 관한 연구로 민간경비원의 탈사회화 원인과 준비과정을 통한 재사회화의 과정에서 겪을 수 있는 과정을 분석하는데 연구 목적 이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 민간경비원으로 재직하였던 탈사회자 탈 사회화 후 재사회화를 경험한 7명의 연구대상자를 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하여 자료 분 석과 연구의 타당도를 평가한 후 내용분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 민간경비원은 개인마다 다르지만 다양한 요인에 의한 탈사회화를 하게 되었다. 즉, 저임금 과 직업에 대한 불안정한 비전, 과도한 업무환경 및 열악한 복리 후생 등이 주된 원인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 민간경비원은 탈사회화의 준비 시기는 업무특성상 40대 전후를 적당한 시기라고 하였다. 즉 전문성이 요구되는 만간경비업무에 대한 신체적인 변화와 자신의 능력을 고려 한 시기가 적당하다는 맥락으로 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 민간경비원은 탈사회화 후 아쉬움 보다는 허탈감과 새로운 직업에 대한 걱정과 두렴움을 경험하고 있었으며, 가족과 주변 사람들과의 소통을 통한 사회적응 및 재사회화 에 도움을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 새로운 직업을 찾고 사회에 적응하려는 재사회화를 경험하여 새로운 직업에 대한 안정성과 만족감을 나타내고 있었다.
