A Study on the Aged Abuse Prevention Method for the Promotion of Aged Right Various problems related the aged happen as population of the Aged increases. Above all, the problem about the aged abuse crime is a important point that lowers the aged's quality of life as the action of disrespect for the basic human rightsThis problem appears to increase in the future because of rapid progress of elderly society. Because the aged have no choice but to need someone's help, the aged abuse crime problem will be more serious as population of the aged increases. Therefore, we should make solutions that can reduce the aged abuse crime so that the happy declining years especially the aged can be guaranteed. At this study, I took care some examples about the aged abuse crime situation and suggested prophylactic practice method of correctional welfare in HYO welfare dimension. I Suggested the practice method of correctional welfare through the HYO Welfare for reduce the aged abuse crime, that is expansion of aid for aging family, expansion of employment opportunities and education opportunities bout economics for the aged, supporting for broken family (grandparent-grandchildren family) and the expansion of aged-aged care program and so on.

노인 인구 증가에 따라 다양한 노인문제가 발생하고 있다. 그 중 노인 학대 범죄는 노인의 인간으로서의 가장 기 본적인 권리를 침해하는 행위로 노인의 삶의 질을 떨어뜨리는 중요한 요인이 되고 있다. 앞으로 고령화의 급속한 진행으로 노인 문제는 더욱 더 증가할 것으로 보인다. 특히 누군가에게 의지할 수밖에 없는 돌봄이 필요한 고령 노인 증가에 따라 노인 학대 범죄는 더욱 심각해 질 것이다. 따라서 노인 학대 방지 방 안을 마련하여 노인의 행복한 노후가 보장될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이에 본 고에서는 노인 학대 범죄 현황으로 몇 가지 사례를 살펴보았고, 노인 학대 범죄를 예방하기 위한 교정복 지 실천 방안을 효복지 차원에서 제시하였다. 즉 효복지를 통한 노인 학대 범죄 예방을 위한 교정복지 실천 방안 으로 노인 부양 가족에 대한 지원 확대, 노인에 대한 경제 교육 및 고용기회 확대, 결손가정(조부모-손자녀 가정) 에 대한 관심과 지지, 지원 확대, 노-노 케어에 대한 관심과 지원 확대 등을 제시하였다.
