This study is designed to verify if criminogenic knowledge has mediating effects in the effects of the obedience of norms of friends, parents, and teachers who are the significant others of adolescents recognized by adolescents on recidivism with the subjects of adolescents on probation. The subjects of this study are the adolescents on probation at the probation offices in Busan(Seoby, Dongbu), and out of 497 questionnaire sheets, the sheets of 419 adolescents receiving a protective disposition over twice from court were used for final analysis. According to the study results, significant others’ obedience of norms (friends’ history of delinquency, parents and teachers’ law abidance) have been found to the variables having significant effects on recidivism. Also, in the effects of significant others’ obedience of norms on criminogenic knowledge (the hostile social schema, discounting social schema, cynical social schema), parents’ law abidance did not show significant effects on the hostile social schema but indicated significant effects on the discounting social schema and cynical social schema. In addition, friends’ history of delinquency and teachers’ law abidance had significant effects on all the subvariables of criminogenic knowledge. Lastly, regarding the verification of criminogenic knowledge’s mediating effects, the variables of the discounting social schema and cynical social schema except for the hostile social schema had significant indirect effects in the relationship between significant others’ obedience of norms and recidivism. Based on these findings, the study makes suggestions about correctional welfare interventions.

본 연구는 보호관찰 청소년을 대상으로 청소년의 주요타자인 친구, 부모, 교사의 규범준수에 대한 청소년의 인식이 재범에 미치는 영향에서 범죄유발적 지식구조가 매개효과를 가지는지를 검증하기 위해 설계되었다. 연구대상은 부산 시내 보호관찰소(서부, 동부)에서 보호관찰을 받고 있는 청소년으로 497개의 설문 중 법원에서 2번 이상 보호처분을 받은 청소년 419명의 설문이 최종분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과 주요타자의 규범준수(친구비행력, 부모 및 교사의 법준수)는 재범에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 그리고 주요타자의 규범준수가 범죄유발적 지식구조(적대적시각, 미래폄하적시각, 냉소적시각)에 미치는 영향에서는 부모의 법준수가 적대적 시각에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했지만 미래폄하적 시각과 냉소적 시각에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친구의 비행력과 교사의 법준수는 범죄유발적 지식구주의 모든 하위변수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 범죄유발적 지식구조의 매개효과 검증에서는 적대적시각을 제외한 미래폄하시각, 냉소적시각 변수가 주요타자의 규범준수와 재범 간의 관계에서 유의미한 간접효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 교정복지적 개입에 대한 제언이 이루어졌다.
