The purpose of this research is to establish the effects of disabled sports game volunteers’ relationship commitment with the disabled players on disability acceptance attitude and perspective-taking ability and to professionalize and systematize sports service activities. The volunteers who participated in The Incheon Asian Games for the Disabled and The 34th National Sports Games for the Disabled were selected as the parent population of there search subjects. Using the simple random sampling method, a kind of probability sampling, 350 persons were selected and the questionnaires were distributed to them and excluding 22 defective questionnaires, 328 collected questionnaires were used for the analysis in this research. These collected questionnaires were used as investigation tools, and using SPSS Windows 22.0 Version, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted and there search results were derived. The results of this research are as follows. First, disabled sports game volunteers’ relationship commitment has effects partly on disability acceptance attitude. Second, disabled sports game volunteers’ relationship commitment has effects partly on perspective-taking ability. Third, disabled sports game volunteers’disability acceptance attitude has effects partly on perspective-taking ability.
