This study attempts the guide the future researches, and to establish the foundation to related studies by examining research trends of the past decade about adolescent - crime research in Korea. As a result of analyzing 68 research published in counseling journal in Korea from year 2000 to 2014. The criteria of analysis are as follow: annual frequencies of related studies, characteristics of researchers, objects of study and analysis method, and research subjects and the contents. And this study aims to provide basic data for future study of the relationship between addiction and crime based on this result. It was summarized to following four issues. First, the studies on the relationship between addiction and crime had been published in several journals consistently since 2000 with the number peaking in 2012. Second, the analysis results according to methodology reveal that the most popular methodology was investigative research, which was followed by literature study, and qualitative study in the order. Third, the analysis results according to subjects show that the number of studies on persons with adolescent was the highest. Finally this perception is supported and fostered by theoretical and empirical research from many different disciplines showing the mediating effect of addiction(54.4%), and showing a positive association between addiction and crime(29.4%). The implications and suggestions to the future research conducted addiction in Korea are discussed.

이 연구는 중독과 범죄와의 관련된 국내의 연구동향을 분석하여 중독 관련 연구의 전망 및 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 최근 2014년까지 중독과 범죄와의 관련성 연구를 다룬 국내 학술지 총 68편의 논문을 분석대상으로 하여 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법에 따른 연구동향을 분석하였으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 중독과 범죄와의 관계 연구 수행 에 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중독과 범죄의 관련된 선행연구들이 2000년도부터 꾸준 히 여러 학회지에 게재되었으며, 특히 2012년도에 가장 많이 게재되었음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째 연구방법에 따른 분석결과에서는 양적연구, 문헌연구, 질적연구의 순으로 연구가 이 루어졌다. 셋째, 연구대상에 따른 분석결과에서는 청소년을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 넷째, 연구주제에 따른 분석결과는 중독과 범죄와의 관련성이 있 는지, 없는지, 아니면 또 다른 인과관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 중독은 범죄의 매개 및 촉매역할을 한다는 연구의 비중이 가장 높았고(54.4%, 37 편), 그 다음은 중독이 범죄를 유발한다는 연구가 29.4%로 68편의 논문 중 20편의 논문이 중독과 범죄는 강한 관련이 있다고 주장했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과가 지니는 의 미와 시사점, 그리고 중독연구의 발전을 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
