French Green Building Certification System, HQE (Haute qualite environnementale, High quality environmental standard), is for the environment, the same with the other countries concerned, but if the Anglo-American eco-friendly authentication system inherently based on a numbered score ranking as the valuation, HQE is the system to determine proces. It responded to how to envision a good building for the environment, not how to identify a good building for the environment, unlike in most countries and institutions. It may be that an integrated approach to the process of how to create the building going. The purpose of the study should become the basis to complement our Green Building Certification System compelling individual technologies rather than integrated design through the analysis of the French HQE attributes focused on not only the energy savings, but the sustainability of environment, economy, society. This study is aimed at Leonard-de-Vinci High School in Calais that has complied with strict environmental performance as applicable building rating.
