This study aimed to enhance a school happiness of children and analyzed how the teacher attachment perceived by children affects the school happiness of children, and how the mechanism of learning flow and peer competence functions between the teacher attachment and school happiness. For this study, a survey was conducted using Korean school happiness scale, student-teacher attachment relationship scale, learning flow scale and children's peer competence scale targeting four hundred 5th and 6th grade students in elementary school located in Incheon metroplitan city and Kyonggi Province, and the collected data was processed by SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, it shows that the teacher attachment and school happiness indicates a high positive correlation and represents that the more the students become attached to their teacher, the more they feel happy. Secondly, upon verifying analysis of the mediated effects of learning flow between teacher attachment and school happiness, it finds that the teacher attachment influences on school happiness directly and a partial mediated model was adopted to show that the learning flow also has an effect on the school happiness at the same time. Thirdly, upon the verifying analysis of the mediated effects of peer competence between the teacher attachment and school happiness, it finds that the teacher attachment influences on school happiness and a partial mediated model was adopted to revel that the peer competence exercise on the school happiness peer competence.
