The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between multi-cultural acceptability and multi-cultural experiences, self-esteem, threat recognition of pre-youth leader. The subject of this study was a total of 430 university students in departments related to youth science located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungnam province areas. For this study, such collected data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis and description statistics such as frequency, mean, standard deviation by using SPSS. The results are as follows; First, multi-cultural acceptability of pre-youth leader is related to public media influence and education about multi-cultural. Second, multi-cultural acceptability of pre-youth leader is effected on degree of self-esteem. Third, there are correlation for multi-cultural acceptability of pre-youth leader and threat recognition of foreign immigrants. In conclusion, It need to develop a more education program on self-esteem and threat recognition for pre-youth leader. And efforts to improve multi-cultural acceptability are required.
