- The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum LOD(Level of Development, Level of Detail) through comparison and analysis of the calculated result of CO₂emissions for each level of LOD. For this purpose, the CO₂emissions calculation method was studied for the utilization of the Building Information Modeling(BIM) model by introduction of carbon emissions trading scheme as part of efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at domestic and international. LOD can be divided into the Level of Development and Level of Detail. Also it can be defined as step-by-step construction classification and detail classification. The CO₂emissions were calculated step by step in order to determine of optimum level of LOD for CO₂emission calculation. The results for CO₂emission calculation is LOD100 < LOD300 < LOD200 in the order of high. Therefore, the using modeling in BIM authoring tool, CO₂emission calculation is enter the detail of the specific material information must be more than the LOD 300 stage.

- 본 연구의 목적은 탄소배출량 산출에 정보분류레벨(LOD)의 분류에 따른 최적의 LOD를 결정하고, 건설정보화모델링의 활용성을 높이는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내외 온실가스 감축 노력의 일환으로 탄소배출거래제도 도입에 따른 BIM모델의 활용을 위한 탄소배출량 산정 방식을 연구하였다. LOD는 Level of Development와 Level of Detail로 구분할 수 있으며, 건축단계별 레벨과 상세수준별 레벨으로 정의할 수 있다. 탄소배출량 산출을 위한 최적의 LOD단계를 선정하기 위하여 단계별 탄소배출량을 산출하였다. LOD 단계별 탄소배출량 산출 결과 LOD 100
