- This study was conducted to investigate of Ayurvedic Sirodara therapy for EEG and to study decreasing for stress in middle-aged man and women who work office. Subjects were divided Ayurvedic oil group, and carrier oil group, and they treated Ayurvedic Sirodara therapy for three months a total of 9 times of 40 minutes. And then analyzed brain wave state before and after operating massage for comparing the effect of general head massage and Sirodara therapy. The device was used 2 Channel system moving brain wave machine for EEG in measuring brain wave data analysis. As a result, Sirodara therapy of ayurvedic oil group is more effective than carrier oil group in decreasing stress. Therefore Sirodara therapy may helpful to release for people in stress.
