The objective of this research which it sees will analyze the basic position of Korea and China and Japan against the formation on the ‘Peaceful Cooperation’ System of South Korea(R.O.K.) and Japan and China in Northeast Asia, there is to a place where studying it does the formation condition of that setup with the base which will reach. The problem recognition of the research which it sees is departing from the globalization which 1990's after is started basically. Because in the 1990s, globalization has matured from a buzzword to a pervasive reality. The analysis result of this research which it sees with afterwords is same. First, Korea and China and Japan which are an important focus country of Northeast Asia against the formation of 'Northeast Asia Peaceful Cooperative system' basically own jointly a recognition, and simultaneously, they follow in gain and loss relationship of the themselves and it is approach this problem in contents and the method which are different each. The second, formation of Northeast Asia peaceful cooperative system in Korea and China and Japan centers political, economic, social, cultural primary requirements must be been sufficient and that it is, it saw. Conclusion, formation of Northeast Asia peaceful cooperative system as the problem and the work which demand the internal organs hour above minimum half a century analyzed. But, in order to confront in the Globalization Age when the regional cooperation and the area integrated wave are flowing Korea and China and Japan positivity groped the formation plan of Northeast Asia peaceful cooperative sstem from future intention and target intention direction when they went out and as, it proposed from the dissertation.
