- This study aims to set up the concept of housing welfare in rural community, and to define the subject of housing welfare. Based on the literature review, this study is performed. The concept of housing welfare in rural community can define as housing right to assure the optimal housing condition and keep stable living in the house. If the right isn't assured in the rural society and the resident is unstable living, government intervene and solve the housing problem. Also the government must keep the minimum physical condition in the house, and the house is affordable to residents for stable living. They are along with neighbors in the rural community and keep their social life. The subject if housing welfare is a weak class: economic low class, social weak class, and the old house.
