Recently, on the increase of large-sized, high-rise building construction projects, many project managers develop project planning and control with consideration of schedule, work process and cost, in order to improve productivity. However, most of construction projects are different from their conditions, decision-making about the project process tends to depend on private experience, intuition and limited information of the project manager, which has a bad effect on development of optimized construction planning. This problem is caused because construction planning is not developed systematically considering resource and cost, and construction process is not communicated well between the workers concerned with the project. This study consists of a wide range of construction to confines of the off-site manufacturing material, as is curtain wall, the current process of design, production, transport, import scene, lifting and mutilate, construction, commissioning, maintenance, until the process of analysis, and the problem occurred major elements are derived. It is mainly derived when applying factory manufacturing supply chain, recognized as a common and efficient process management is possible to communicate between the various stakeholders are involved influence factors and evaluation, business process improvement, or instructions, etc. Therefore, the objective of this study is to perform effective project management through developing resource-based construction planning and offering to the workers in the project appropriate communication on supply chain of off-site manufacturing material.

최근 건축물의 대형화 및 고층화 경향에 따라, 복잡한 관리체계와 다양한 정보 관리 및 참여자간 정보 공유 등 이 필요하여 이들을 효과적으로 다룰 수 있는 관리기술의 효율성 증대를 위한 시도들이 진행되고 있다. 그러 나 기존의 관리방식은 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지관리 등 각각의 관리에 있어 부정확한 정보로 인한 재작업, 비효 율적인 정보관리로 작업오류, 누락등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 현장에서 취급되는 자재의 종류는 갈수록 다양해지고, 자재의 수량도 크게 증가하고 있다. 프로젝트가 진행됨에 따라 다른 공정이 동시에 진행되므로 현장에서 많은 자재가 투입이 되며, 작업 동선 및 물류의 이동 이 매우 복잡해지므로 효율적인 자재조달관리가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 공사기간 중 총공사비의 약 10~15%정도를 차지하는 커튼월 공사를 대상으로 하여 현장으 로 물류의 이동에 따라 물류관리 업무를 담당하는 실무자들이 현장물류관리 효율성 제고를 위하여 현장에서 고려해야할 요소들을 검색하고 문제점 및 개선요구사항의 중요도를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
