The purpose of this study is to provide source data for designing the golf course clubhouses in the Jeju Special Self-governing Province. To acquire data for the circulation and spatial systems, it is not enough to research data in books; surveying at the field level is also required. Therefore, for the golf clubhouse, the use of empirical surveys in the literature and field surveys are adopted as the method of study. In particular, the main data for this study is defined through a survey, taken by customers and staff in the golf club at the time, regarding the personnel circulation system. The characteristics of the circulation and spatial systems by type are derived through typological analyses of these systems, based on the collected data. The characteristics of the circulation systems were grasped through surveys of present customers and staff members. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the circulation systems, the main entry types were side entries, the main entrance types were central-projection types, and the main passage construction types were types involving both sides of the lobby. Second, circulation systems for clubhouse customers and caddies were planned to be separated in order to prevent confusion. Third, with regard to spatial systems, the main forms of arrangement for clubhouses and golf courses were course penetration types, and the main forms of arrangement for clubhouses and parking lots were arrangements on the front. Fourth, the components of entry spaces included water spaces, signs, landscapes, lighting, and sculptures. A tendency of a concentration of one type in each area was shown, indicating limitations in circulation and spatial systems in terms of diversity.

이 연구는 제주지역 골프장 클럽하우스의 동선 및 공간체계의 유형학적 분석을 통해 골프장 클럽하우스의 공간활용 증대에 기여함을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법은 문헌연구을 통한 실증조사와 현장조사를 채택하였고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 동선 및 공간체계에 대한 유형학적 분석을 통해 각 유형별 특징을 도출하였고, 고객 및 직원의 이동동선현황조사를 통해 이동동선의 특징을 파악하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진입공간 구성요소는 수공간, 사인, 조경, 조명, 조형물, 주차장으로 되어있다. 둘째, 동선체계에서 진입유형은 측면진입형이 많았고, 출입구유형은 중앙-돌출형이 많았으며, 통로구성유형은 로비양측형이 많았다. 셋째, 클럽하우스 고객 및 캐디의 이동동선은 모두 분리되어 동선의 혼선을 방지하도록 계획되었다. 넷째, 건축형태에서 클럽하우스와 골프코스의 배치형태는 코스관통형이 많았고, 클럽하우스와 주차장의 배치형태는 전면배치가 많았다. 각 영역에서 한가지의 유형에 집중적으로 분포되는 경향을 보이고 있어 건축디자인의 다양성 측면에서 한계를 지니고 있다.
