The importance of information security has been stressed as the information system attacks and threats have been growing and have caused firm’s loss and leakage of personal information. This research tries to find out the factors which can influence adapting the countermeasures in perspective of co-evolution between information system security and society as drawing a causal loop diagram which can suggest what should be considered carefully to promote information system security.
