In order to search changing factors of training method for national Poomsae players, this study classifies the 1st World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in 2006 and the 7th World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in 2012 as the early stage, and the 8th World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in 2013 as the current stage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors why the training method for Poomsae players has been changed and to seek a more professional and specific training than traditional training method in the future. First, the early training for the national Poomsae players couldn't build a systematic plan due to unprofessional leaders. Second, the training for national Poomsae players in 2013 has been made systematically at Taebaek Training Center for the first time. As a result, each Taekwondo studio and school team that trains Poomsae players shows an attitude to improve their performance by applying this. Third, the equipments used for the training of national Poomsae players in 2013 are a total of four which is Thera-Band, Board, Balance Pad, and Cycle. Thera-Band improves hand motions, Board for ankle muscle strength, Balance Pad for the ability for kicking, and Cycle for preventing knee injuries and muscle strength. Fourth, the equipments introduced in the training of national players received positive reaction for muscle improvement and injury prevention, but that is inappropriate to be performed with heavy reliance on the whole training of Poomsae.

현대사회에 있어서 신체활동 연구의 주요 탐구과제는 ‘신체활동을 통한 교육’으로부터 ‘인간의 기본적인 움직임’을 목표로 하는 스포츠적인 움직임을 중심으로 한 생명 활동의 개념으로 급속히 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 본학회는 ‘체육’적인 요소에서 ‘스포츠’적인 요소를 중심으로 한 학문적 정체성을 견고히 하고, 정기적인 학술지 발간과 학술활동을 통해 한국스포츠츠 문화의 발전과 학문적인 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
