The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the attitude toward leisure on leisure identity salience and satisfaction with leisure with the object of sport-for-all volleyball amateurs. To do this, the total 300 copies of questionnaires were distributed to the amateurs who participated in the volleyball competition in the National Sport for All Festival through purposeful sampling, and 280 copies were collected out of those and excluding the 13 copies of the data whose answers were determined to be insincere, the data of the 267 persons were used for the final analysis. For the treatment of the data, SPSS18.0 version for window statistics package was used to carry out factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis etc. At that time, the significance level of all the statistics was set to be p<.05. The result of the study, First, attitude toward leisure influenced leisure identity salience. Second, attitude toward leisure influenced satisfaction with leisure. Third, leisure identity salience influenced satisfaction with leisure.
