The purpose of this study is to suggest the importance of R&D of Resort Company and made a priority order through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Develop a index evaluation of proposed R&D’s estimation and draw a conclusion about perception of employee who works in a resort by analyze and examine the R&D’s major factor. For the survey object, total 17 out of 30 people were selected as a sample by purposeful sampling including team manager from D, M, H, Y, R resort. In this process, research was conducted March 1st to June 30th, 2012, and the importance priority order was analyzed by conducting analytichierarchyprocess(AHP) oftheextractedfactors.Forthedataprocessing,allthedatawentthroughencodingpr ocedureforstatisticaltreatmentandfrequencyanalysiswasconductedwithinputdatabyusingWindowsSPSS/PC (ver. 18.0).FortheAHPtodecidepriorityorderwasimplementedbyusingEC-2000.Theresultsofthisstudyareasfollowed. First, relative importance of hierarchical classification indicated management 46.6%, technology 37.3%, and strategy 16.1% has highest weight in resort R&D major factor and management, technology, strategy has highly ranked. Second, weight of major factor’s management class indicated facilities 39.2%, environment 24.8%, manpower human resources 23.0%, and organization 13.0% in order. Facilities have highest weigh in administration’s major factor and the order from relative importance was facilities, environment, manpower human resources, and organization in order. Third, weight of major factor’s technology class indicated IT technology 77.0%, information technology 23.0% in order. IT technology has highest weigh in technology class and the order from relative importance was IT new technology, information technology in order. Fourth, weight of major factor’s strategy layer class indicated marketing 52.3%, investment 24.5%, policy 13.8%, process 9.8 in order. Marketing has highest weigh in strategy layer class and the order from relative importance was marketing, investment, policy and process in order.
