Golf customer and caddy is built in interactive personal relations of long-time in golf rounding. Good communication is a key to improve personal relationships. In a communicative actions, personal inner psychological characteristics appear as constant aspects. Thus, a research on characteristics of partnership between golfer and caddy is needed for smooth golf rounding. Therefore, the focus of this study was to analysis and combine from positive interrelationship of interactive personality style of golf customer and caddy for the harmonious golf rounding. For this, 192 golf customers were verified. As a result of this study, if the golf customer has the fashion-sensitive, the progressiveness․positive, and the health-concern characteristics, the better relation formation was found with a caddy with cheerful personalities. In future, it is necessary to find out and analysis factors other than personality styles and have an effect on building relationships of caddy and golf customers.

골프장 방문객과 캐디는 골프라운딩에서 장시간의 쌍방향적 대인관계가 형성된다. 대인관계향상은 의사소통이 원 활해야 하는 것이다. 의사소통행위에는 개인 내면의 심리적 특성인 성격이 일정한 양상으로 나타난다. 그러므로 골퍼와 캐디의 파트너십에 관한 개인적 특성을 연구하는 것이 원활한 골프라운딩을 위해서 유용할 것이다. 따라 서 본 연구의 목적은 골프장 라운딩을 원활하게 하기위한 골프장 방문객과 캐디의 쌍방향적 성격스타일의 긍정 적 연관성을 분석하여 조합하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 골프장 방문객 192 명을 대상으로 실증검증하였다. 그 결과, 골프장 방문객이 유행민감형, 진취ㆍ적극형, 건강관심형 등의 성격스타일이라면 명랑한 캐디와 함께 라운딩하는 것 이 관계형성에 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 골프장 방문객이 현실부정형, 유행민감형 등 이라면 캐디는 종속형, 관심형, 재촉형 성격스타일이 많을수록 긍정적 관계로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 성격스타일외에 라운딩에서 골 프장 방문객과 캐디의 관계형성에 영향을 미치는 다른 요소를 찾아 분석하는 것이 필요하다.
