The purpose of the current research is to investigate the winning factor in the mind of KLPGA players who had experiences of winning the championship in KLPGA tour and KLPGA Dream tour. The objects of the research were 173 players who won the championship in the KLPGA games for 5 years recently, and the official interviews following the games was applied as the analysis data. As the result, raw data about the total 263 winning factors that the players answered was extracted. It was categorized as the 11 detailed domains at a committee comprised of 3 experts based on the raw data. The detailed domains were categorized according by 4 general factors such as psychological, situational, physical and technical factors. Among them, the frequency of the psychological factor seemed to be very high as the winning factor that the players thought importantly. Moreover, 36 raw data was extracted which was related negative factors such as tension and distraction as well as positive factors for the winning factors. Through the research, it was considered that the players to experience winning the championship recognized that the psychological factor were thought importantly, and that proper decision and attitude as a situation were needed in order to win the championship as well as physical and mental factors.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 1부 투어와 2부 투어에서 우승했던 경험이 있는 여자 프로골프 선수들이 생각하는 우승의 요인을 밝히는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 최근 5년 동안 국내 시합에서 우승한 173명의 선수들이었으며, 이들이 우승 직후 가진 공식 인터뷰 자료를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 선수들이 응답한 총 263개의 우승 요인에 관한 원자료가 추출되었으며, 이를 토대로 3인으로 구성된 전문가 회의를 거쳐 11개의 세부영역으로 분류하였다. 세부 영역은 심리적 요인, 상황적 요인, 신체적 요인 및 기술적 요인의 4개 일반영역으로 범주화하였다. 그 중 선수들이 생각하는 우승 요인으로서 심리적 요인의 빈도가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 우승 요인 중에는 긍정적인 측면뿐만 아니라 긴장이나 집중 저하 등의 부정적 요인에 관련된 36개의 원자료가 추출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 우승 경험이 있는 선수들은 심리적 요인을 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 우승하기 위해서는 신체적, 정신적 준비뿐 아니라 상황에 따른 바람직한 판단과 마음가짐이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
