To survive in today's economic crisis and competitive industry, the private golf clubs in Korea need to establish differentiated strategy and considering the human capital factors which are suited to the feature of the industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the importance of the human capital factors related to private golf clubs. In this study, a survey method was used and the survey measured the perceived importance of each human capital factor from each sample. 75 staffs who currently work in the departments of planning, marketing, supporting and operating at private golf clubs in Korea were selected as the sample and 50 survey data were selected for final data analysis. This study applied mean, coefficient of variation and paired t-test to compare the importance among human capital factors and sub factors which are comprised in each human capital factors. In addition, a One-Way ANOVA was used to determine the important differences within each factor depending on three different situations. In the result, the emotion and the attitude factors were presented as the first and the second most important factors. In addition, there were significant differences according to situations in the knowledge factor.

회원제 골프장은 부정적인 경제 상황과 산업 내 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 차별화된 전략 수립의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 이러한 관점에서 산업의 특성에 적합한 인자자본 요인에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 회원제 골프장과 연관된 인적자본 요인의 중요도를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 10개의 회원제 골프장에서 기획, 마케팅, 지원 그리고 운영 부서에서 근무하고 있는 75명의 직원들을 연구 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 50명의 설문 응답이 최종 분석 자료로써 사용되었다. 회원제 골프장과 관련된 인적자본 요인과 세부 요인의 중요도를 검증하기 위하여 평균값과 변동계수를 고려하였으며 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 이와 함께 일반적 상황, 직원 선발 상황 그리고 직원 평가 상황과 같은 각기 다른 상황 속에서 각 요인의 중요도 차이를 검증하기 위하여 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 정서 요인과 태도 요인이 각각 첫 번째와 두 번째로 중요한 요인으로 제시되었으며 지식 요인의 경우는 상황에 따른 중요도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
