The aim of this study is to suggest the way of active music therapy in the method of Internet Addiction Crime. Recently, Internet Addiction Crime has been so enormous socially that it has caused an tremendous problems. Nevertheless, by being avoided, many social problems has been stood out. Therefore, it is necessary to give full attention to those Internet Addictive user and to get actively involved with the treatment for them throughout the society. So far, various treatment methods have been tested. Among them, the music therapy has been confirmed to have affected those Internet Addictive user emotionally and socially. So this study surveyed types of the therapeutic jurisprudence and adapted Music Therapy to these systems and suggested the improving ways of the problems caused in this situation. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study as well as suggestions for further researches were discussed.

이 연구는 인터넷 중독 범죄에 대한 대책으로서 음악치료의 활성화 방안을 제시하고 자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 현재 인터넷 중독은 많은 사회문제를 야기하고 있으며, 중독 으로 인한 범죄문제도 큰 문제를 야기하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이를 방치하고 회피함으로 인해 많은 사회적 문제들이 부각되고 있기 때문에 인터넷 중독자들을 위 한 관심과 치료 등의 적극적 개입이 필요하다. 선행연구를 통해 인터넷 중독 범죄자들을 위한 다양한 치료적 접근이 시도되고 있는 데 그 중에서 음악치료는 인터넷 중독자들에게 정서적, 사회적으로 의미 있는 변화를 주었음이 입증되고 있었다. 따라서 이 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 치료적 사법제도의 유형을 살펴보고, 이 제도들에 음악 치료적 접근을 접목시키는 것이 가능한지 알아보 았다. 그리고 이때 발생하게 될 문제점과 향후 개선방향을 제시하였으며, 마지막으로 이 연구의 의의와 시사점, 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
