Today, Voluptuous social change in modern society that the act of buying and selling women's clear, you can see one of the social problems. Utilize one of the tools to create laws to control these problems and to regulate the government. Use and the government made laws to control prostitution. However, the legal control of the government in the new prostitution is done. New the similarity is done as an act of prostitution. Similarity behavior - oral, hand, massage parlors and the customs of the entertainment business are made . These regulatory crackdown and entertainment business damage goes. In addition, a lot of operating income to sales. Prostitution because women are addicted to these profits. In this study, to find out what the addiction of prostitution. And, through case studies, to investigate the cause. In addition to policy discussions based on case analysis. These policy discussions with the government should be able to help. Political discourse, the first law and institutional maintenance. Second, the escaping from prostitution is a moral recognition for prostitution. These discussions on the policy of the government should be able to help.

오늘날 우리사회는 향락적인 문화로부터 개방화 되어 있다. 그리고 이러한 문화는 성매매로 연관된다. 즉, 남성 우월주의 문화로 나타나는 현상을 보이고 있다. 그리고 여성이 성매매로 유입되는 배경이기도 하다. 즉, 금전적 이득을 위해 성매매로 다가선 다. 성매매의 업소는 과거 집창촌을 배경으로 하였지만, 지금은 풍속영업과 관련된 업소 에서 이루어진다. 이는 법과 규제에서 벗어나기 위한 업주의 술책이다. 그러나 정부에 서는 이러한 범죄를 단속하고 규제하는데 있어서만 급급할 뿐 어떻게 하면 여성을 탈 성매매 시킬 것 인가에 대해서는 무지하다. 또한 탈 성매매가 이루어지 지지 않기 때 문에 여성의 성매매 유입은 더욱 진화되며 유입 단계에서 중독성을 보이고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 풍속영업 종사 여성의 성매매 유입과 중독에 대해 사례분석을 통한 원인분석을 하고자한다. 그리고 원인분석을 배경을 성매매의 근절을 위한 정책적 함 의를 도출하고자 한다. 이렇게 도출된 정책적 함의를 배경으로 성적 혹은 향락의 도 시에서 벗어나기 위함을 시사할 수 있다.
